I've been in wellness industry for ten years now, with the last five focusing on Kinesiology and more recently, Functional Neurology. What's truly incredible is that I discovered all these modalities because they helped me personally in profound ways...Functional Neurology being at the pinnacle for me.

I'm all about learning and growing, not just for myself, but so I can share that knowledge with you. I believe in keeping it real and authentic, always giving you the space to feel heard and supported.

My goal for you is to help your body find its natural Flow, whether that means getting back to it or experiencing it for the first time!
